Alex Szkaradek

A graduate of the University of South Carolina with dual degrees in finance and real estate, Alex started in his career with Wells Fargo in the mortgage banking division. Rising quickly through the ranks of real estate analysis into commercial banking, he specialized in structured debt and equity transactions, ultimately moving into executive management to lead merger & acquisitions. Entrepreneurially he founded Vision Property Management and serving as its Chief Executive, grew the company into one of the largest privately held housing portfolios in the country.

Drawing on his deep industry knowledge of real estate and finance, he structured a multihundred- million-dollar Wall Street capital transaction with Atalaya Capital Management to fuel the company’s aggressive growth strategy. During his 16-yr reign, Alex was responsible for managing the acquisition and disposition of nearly 12,000 single family homes—within the tier 3 and tier 4 markets—before exiting successfully in a much heralded public markets sale, in December, 2019. Having the good fortune of closing an impressive public exit, and finally enjoying much needed family time with his young children, it wasn’t long before the Pandemic reared its ugly head. Alex knew he could help his fellow countrymen and wanted to serve his country, having been raised by two family members who served in WWII and Desert Storm. More specifically, all those years of international finance & trade, global logistics and utilizing a multitude of Asian factories for his housing corporation—he quickly switched gears and began a global campaign to entice various factory owners to make PPE (personal protective gear).

In doing so, he created SC Health Corporation and in January of 2020, he entered the Federal procurement sector, as the Federal Government had issued an “all hands on deck plea to industry!” At the height of the pandemic, Alex’s team successfully delivered more than 30,000,000 pieces of PPE to front-line workers and Government entities ranging from examination gloves, hand sanitizer gels and isolation gowns to respirators and other medical equipment.

SC Health’s short pandemic entrance culminated a year later, with a whopping 510 container delivery of 15,000,000 boxes of high-quality gloves, to the DHHS (USA Department of Health & Human Services and Air Boss Defense Group). Not only is this transaction in the record books as the largest successful nitrile glove contract award in US history, it remains strategically important from a national security (national health & welfare) perspective, since the Strategic National Stockpile (of medical goods) was being depleted rapidly as several billion counterfeit and/or nonsterile gloves were entering the market simultaneous to virtually no other manufacturer able to meet the US Government’s deadlines: but SC Health delivered! Not resting on his laurels—since supply line shortage is still critically low—Alex and SC Health have expanded rapidly into Federal Government Contracting and not just medically oriented, but also from a Defense Perspective (Ukrainian support) and other global logistical initiatives, to include reshoring of medical manufacturing within the continental US.

Alex had success with Ukrainian support working with his partners Air Boss Defense group contracting the Husky 2G opportunity https://airboss.com/airboss-announces-u-s-federal-government-contract-for-highdemand- personal-protective-equipment-valued-at-up-to-us576-million/ https://airboss.com/airboss-announces-husky-long-term-contract-extension-valuedat- up-to-us35-6-million/
